Memberships

Member pricing provides discounted rates on IV infusions and injections exclusively for active members. You can view the member price for each service on our home page, where it is listed alongside the standard price so you can easily see the savings available to members.

Unused monthly infusion credits roll over to the next month and remain valid for up to 12 months from the date they are added to your account. Credits may be used while your membership is active or during an approved membership pause.

Yes. Memberships may be paused after the initial three-month commitment period. During a pause, monthly billing stops and no new credits accrue. However, previously accumulated credits may still be used during the pause period as long as they remain within their 12-month validity window. Membership billing will automatically resume at the end of the specified pause period.

To cancel your membership, please call or text IV Wellness Lemont at 630-296-4416 during business hours.

Memberships require a minimum three-month commitment. After this period, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to prevent the next charge.

If a membership is canceled before completing the three-month commitment period, a $100 early termination fee will apply.

After cancellation, membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, membership benefits and credits will no longer be available.

Membership benefits are generally non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. Diamond memberships may be shared with one designated family member.

Yes, all services are subject to availability and may require advance scheduling. We recommend booking in advance to ensure you get the appointment time that works best for you.

Members must be 18 years or older to join our membership program.

The complimentary birthday injection benefit is available to members starting after the first full month of active membership.

All membership fees are non-refundable. We encourage members to utilize their benefits fully to get the most value from their membership.
