Your unused monthly credits roll over to the next month and are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account. Please note that these credits are only accessible and usable while your membership is active.
Yes, you can pause your membership. During the pause, you will not be able to access membership benefits or use accumulated credits. Your membership and the ability to use any remaining credits(if within their validity period) will automatically resume after the specified pause period. If you wish to resume your membership earlier than planned, please contact us to facilitate this change.
To cancel your membership, please call or text IV Wellness Lemont at 630-296-4416 during our business hours. We require a minimum two-month commitment from our members, so you’ll need to maintain your membership for at least this duration before you can cancel. Make sure to submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next scheduled membership charge is due to process your cancellation effectively. After you cancel, you can still enjoy your membership benefits and use any accrued credits until the end of your current billing cycle. Once this cycle concludes, your benefits and credits will no longer be available.
No, membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
Yes, all services are subject to availability and may require advance scheduling. We recommend booking in advance to ensure you get the appointment time that works best for you.
Members must be 18 years or older to join our membership program.
The complimentary birthday injection benefit is available to members starting after the first full month of active membership.
